COMMISSION TOS

Please read before ordering your commission! (9/4/2022)

BASIC SERVICE

For the commission price, you will be receiving a digital file of your artwork, no physical goods are being exchanged.
I will only show the sketch before the commission is done if you filled out that you need a preview sketch on the commission form.
You will receive the full resolution piece in my COMMISSION DISCORD. Right-click and open the image in a new tab to save the commission in full resolution.
If you for some reason feel like you don't want to use Discord, we will use email, or any other way that you feel comfortable receiving the piece.
Please give me at least 2 weeks to finish your commission before inquiring about it!
If you wish to withdraw your commission for whatever reason, I will give a refund up to the amount of work I've done. If I sketched, it's 25%, lineart 50%, color 75%.
One may not withdraw their commission when I have entered the polishing phase, as the commission by that point is essentially done.
I reserve rights to increase the price if I feel your character request is difficult to intricate.
I reserve the rights to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable, cannot produce the character, or whatever personal reason I have as it is my business, and my boundaries come first before money.
I have the right to blacklist people who violated my TOS.
By purchasing anything that I make you are agreeing to follow my TOS.

I DRAW THESE THINGS THE BEST

Simple shaped characters
Humanoid characters with simple/minimal/undetailed designs
Humanoid characters with clear and distinct shape language
Humanoid characters with strong exaggerated personalities
Anything cute, expressive, or kinda punk rock edgy
Simple robots, and object heads
Wamen, all body types
Magical aesthetic, space aesthetic, gold aesthetic
One character in a single commission
Abstracted and simple backgrounds

I CAN DRAW THESE, BUT YOUR COMMISSION WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA

Anthro characters, especially with a pattern or detailed anatomy
Animals from irl photos
Characters with detail in their design (ex. excessive jewelry, flowers, patterns, or complicated clothes)
Pinups, but no straight up NSFW (that's for my adult commission account)
Simple armor or machinery
Weapons, props, pets with the main character being drawn
Multiple characters in one picture directly interacting with each other
A commission in a style that I have done before but do not do regularly

I WILL NOT DRAW

Detailed armor (Especially if your reference comes from an MMO screenshot)
Detailed robots, and mechas
Detailed backgrounds
Fetish art of any kind
Hateful or ill-intended art
NSFW or suggestive art of minors, not even aged up.
Gore (A little gore/candy gore is okay! Just not the super hardcore stuff)

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, but regardless I will never claim the characters as my own.
As a commissioner you may; repost, print, and use the image as you please as long as you make no profit off it.
If you wish to use your image for commercial reasons, they must be discussed and the price will rise. Do not sell my art as merch for your own series unless you have permission from me.
You may not modify my work without my permission, or remove my watermarks/signatures if applicable.
You may not take credit for my art.
If you repost the image anywhere on social media, PLEASE give me credit!
Absolutely under no circumstance do I allow my artwork to be sold as or made into an NFT.
If you wish to sell a character that you commissioned me to draw, you can add the amount you spent on my commission to their pricing!

ADOPTABLES AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

You can do whatever you want with an adopt or custom creatively, including changing their design elements or other areas.
Please don't use the artwork for the adopt for high commercial purposes without telling me! (High commercial purposes are things such as using my design for a high brand mascot, commercial advertisement character, or anything corporate with team backing/funding. Solo indie projects such as comics, games, novels, and fanworks that are not corporately backed or professionally funded do not count)
If you wish to sell the adopt, you can sell it for whatever price! But keep in mind of supply and demand, some people might not buy something if they know you're selling it for more than it's the original price/doesn't see it as a good deal! But feel free to tack on more if you really feel like your character deserves it.
If your adopt belongs to a closed species, I ask that you check their TOS before selling it and abide by it as well.

MORE REGARDING PAYMENT

I only accept USD with Venmo, Stripe, and Paypal invoice.
I require full payment before I start the artwork.
I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions. Please do not send them before I say you can!
You have 24 hours to pay after the invoice is sent. If the payment process exceeds 24 hours I will have to unfortunately cancel your commission order.
I will give extensions to TRUSTED customers if needed, aka customers who are either close friends I have contact with or those who've ordered from me 5+ times.
I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.
If you wish to tip me, you can do so! It’s extremely appreciated!

ORDERING YOUR COMMISSION

Please follow the instructions given on the commission page.
If there's a form, please fill out a form for your order!
I will not accept the commission if the order isn't properly filled out.

WORK SPEED AND ETTIQUETTE

Please understand that I have my own life and another irl job to take care of, as well as a DND group that I actively run online, and do not pressure me into getting it done faster. I get all of my commissions done, but I expect respect to be extended to me as I complete your order.
Please do not use commissions as a way to propel a friendship with me, it's extremely awkward and I'm just trying to run a business and live man. I also don't believe in friendships formed by monetary means, so do not use our commission DMs as anything else but professional work, unless we're ALREADY friends. Please also do not use our DMs as proof that you are friends with me just because we talked once or twice. I do not consent to that!
The best way TO support me if you really love my work is through TIPS and sharing my commissions around! I'll definitely appreciate those if you want to give me some boosts, I'll be flattered, really.
The most you’ll have to wait for your commission is 3 months.
If there is a problem you will be notified.
If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.
IMPORTANT: I have ADHD! And have an issue regarding DETAILS or missed spots even if it's right in front of me. While I try my best to make every commission perfect, sometimes my brain just fudge it up. So if you see anything that I've missed, feel free to point it out to me in DMs and I'll fix it! Just please do not assume I have ill intent, or that I'm being sloppy on purpose. That makes me really sad tbh, as it's a disability I genuinely cannot help. :[

CHANGES

Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, or anything that makes me have to redraw a large amount of the commission.
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
You are allowed 3 small changes (Expression, detail) or 1 big change (Pose, outfit) at the sketch phase.

DON'T DO THIS PLEASE

Please do not chargeback with Paypal. If you need a refund, I will give it when asked up to the work I've done.
Please do not ask me for payment extensions if you're not a trusted customer, I won't give them.
Please do not do anything I have listed above that shouldn't be done under my other sections.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
